Welcome to Soulfully Guided. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase or booking of services provided by Soulfully Guided by Carmel-Anne. By using this website or purchasing or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Soulfully Guided provides psychic, intuitive and tarot reading services, spiritual guidance, educational content and related services or products as described on this website.

Readings are intended to provide insight, reflection and guidance. They do not guarantee a particular outcome or future event. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions

Professional Advice and Personal Responsibility

Soulfully Guided readings and services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice.

You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where required. Any decisions or actions you take following a reading remain your own responsibility.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking process and any required payment have been completed.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made using the payment methods available through the website at the time of booking or purchase.

Any additional services or add-ons selected, including recorded copies of readings where available, will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a reading, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Where available, bookings may be managed or rescheduled through your account on the Soulfully Guided website.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for a refund or transfer, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Except where required by law, refunds are not generally provided for completed readings, services that have already commenced, or where a client changes their mind after a service has been provided.

If Soulfully Guided needs to cancel a booking and an alternative time cannot be arranged, any amount paid for that booking will be refunded.

Late Arrival and Missed Appointments

If you arrive late for your scheduled reading, the session may still need to finish at the original scheduled end time so that other bookings are not affected.

If you do not attend your scheduled reading without notice, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Client Conduct

Soulfully Guided is committed to providing a respectful and safe environment. Clients are expected to communicate respectfully during all interactions and readings.

Soulfully Guided reserves the right to end or refuse a reading where there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or otherwise unsafe behaviour. Where a service is ended or refused for these reasons, a refund may not be provided except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Soulfully Guided website, including written content, branding, graphics, educational materials and original resources, is owned by or licensed to Soulfully Guided unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.

Soulfully Guided may restrict or terminate access to the website or its services where reasonably necessary to protect the business, its clients or the operation of the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soulfully Guided is not liable for loss or damage arising from decisions or actions taken by a client based on information provided during a reading or through this website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Soulfully Guided website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms or services. Soulfully Guided is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or operation of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Changes to These Terms

Soulfully Guided may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to services, business practices or legal requirements.

Any updated Terms & Conditions will take effect when published on this website. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
