Booking Terms, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Soulfully Guided, I understand that sometimes plans change. These terms are designed to provide flexibility for clients while allowing appointment times to be managed fairly.

Cancellation or Rescheduling with 48 Hours’ Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. You can manage your booking through your account on the Soulfully Guided website.

Rescheduling Within 48 Hours

If something unexpected occurs and you need to change your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled reading, please contact Soulfully Guided directly.

You may reschedule your appointment once without an additional fee.

Once a late reschedule has been provided, any further cancellation or change to that rescheduled appointment will not ordinarily be eligible for a refund or further rescheduling.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted Soulfully Guided beforehand, your appointment will be considered a no-show. The booking will be forfeited and the payment will not ordinarily be refunded or transferred to another appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your reading will still finish at the originally scheduled finishing time.

For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late for a 30-minute reading, the remaining 20 minutes will be available for your reading. This ensures appointments scheduled after yours are not delayed.

If Soulfully Guided Needs to Reschedule

Occasionally, illness, an emergency or circumstances outside my reasonable control may mean that I need to change an appointment.

Where this occurs, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange a new appointment time.
