Whether this is your first reading or you've worked with me before, these answers will help you know what to expect and how to get the most from your time with me.
What can I ask during my reading?
You can bring questions about the areas of your life where you're looking for clarity, insight or guidance. There are some areas I won't read on for ethical reasons. You can find the full details on my Code of Ethics page. If you're unsure whether your question is suitable, don't worry—we can work through it together.
Do I need to prepare for my reading?
A little preparation can help you get the most from your time. If you have specific questions, have them ready—but don't worry about getting the wording perfect. I'll help you craft them into powerful, direct questions so we can get to the heart of what you really want to understand. Choose somewhere private and quiet where you can speak openly without interruptions. You may also want a notebook and pen nearby to jot down anything you'd like to remember. And if you don't know exactly what you want to ask, that's okay too. We can work it out together.
How much do I need to tell you?
As little or as much as you feel comfortable sharing. You don't need to give me your entire backstory before we begin. As the reading unfolds, I may share what I'm picking up and ask whether it resonates with your situation. Confirmation and feedback are greatly appreciated, because they help me understand the context and make the guidance I'm giving you as relevant and useful as possible. You're always in control of what you choose to disclose.
Should I stay quiet during my reading, so I don't give anything away?
That's entirely up to you. You are an active participant in your reading, and the reading is for you. You're welcome to share as little or as much as feels right. If you'd prefer to sit back initially and see what comes through, that's absolutely fine. If you'd prefer a more interactive reading where we talk, clarify and explore things together, that's equally welcome. In my experience, interaction and confirmation can help me give you a more relevant and useful reading because we can explore what comes through rather than simply stopping at the initial message.

Your Online Reading
How will I receive my Google Meet link?
Your Google Meet link will be sent to the email address you provided when booking. Please check your inbox before your scheduled reading. If you can't see the email, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
What if I can't find my Google Meet link?
If you can't locate your link before your appointment, contact Soulfully Guided and I'll help you access your reading.
When should I join my Google Meet?
You can join at your scheduled appointment time. If you think you may experience technical difficulties, you're welcome to join up to 5 minutes early. I also arrive approximately 5 minutes early, so we have a little time to sort out any connection issues before your reading begins.
Do I need to have my camera on?
I prefer cameras to be on where possible, as it helps create a more personal and connected reading experience. However, if you're not comfortable being on camera, just let me know.
What happens if we have technical problems during my reading?
I join your Google Meet approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any technical issues. If internet or connection problems significantly affect your reading, don't panic—we have a backup plan. For clients in Australia, I can continue your reading by standard phone call. For clients outside Australia, we can continue via WhatsApp using the phone number provided with your booking.
During Your Reading
Can I ask about another person?
YES. You can ask about a third party where the question directly relates to you and your situation.
For example, you may want to explore the dynamics of a relationship, another person's influence on a situation, or how their actions may be affecting you.
The focus of the reading remains on your situation, your understanding and the choices available to you.

Can you tell me exactly when something will happen?
I don't predict exact dates. Timing in tarot isn't an exact science, and I don't believe it's helpful to give you a specific date simply for the sake of giving you one. Where appropriate, I can explore a general timeframe or look at timing in blocks of months to give you a ballpark indication of when something may develop.

Will you tell me what I should do?
I'll give you guidance based on the situation and the decisions you're considering. We can explore the patterns, influences and options available to you, and I'll share my insight into what each path may look like.
Where appropriate, we can also develop a practical action plan based on what comes through in your reading. Ultimately, you decide what you do with the information. My role is to give you insight, clarity and options—not to make your decisions for you.

What happens if my reading runs over time?
Your reading is booked for a set amount of time, but sometimes we're right in the middle of something important when the clock runs out. If I don't have another client booked immediately after you, I'm happy to allow a little extra time where possible so we can finish what we're exploring properly.
If I have another booking straight after yours, we'll need to finish at the scheduled time so I don't keep the next client waiting.
Can I extend my reading if I need more time?
Yes, subject to availability. If we reach the end of your booked time and you'd like to continue, you may be able to extend your reading provided I don't have another client booked immediately afterwards.
Any additional time must be paid for during the session before the extension begins.
Once payment has been successfully processed, we can continue.
Recording Your Reading
Do you recommend having my reading recorded?
Absolutely. I highly recommend adding the Recording Package to your reading.
Your reading can cover a lot of information, and it's easy to forget details once the session is over.
The Recording Package gives you something practical to return to afterwards and helps you continue working with the insights from your reading.
Your package includes:
A recording of your reading.
A personalised PDF with written notes from your reading.
Your action plan.
Homework or reflection activities, where relevant.
Resources selected to support what we've discussed.
Rather than trying to remember everything or spending your reading frantically taking notes, you can be present and actively participate in the conversation, knowing you'll have material to revisit afterwards.
I temporarily retain the recording after delivery in case you experience any problems accessing it, in accordance with the Soulfully Guided Privacy Policy.
Can I record my reading myself?
Yes, but please let me know before you begin recording. I prefer clients to select the Recording Package because it allows you to focus on participating in your reading while I take care of the recording for you—and you receive the written notes, resources, homework and action plan as well.
Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Rescheduling
What happens if I'm late for my reading?
I'll wait for you for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you arrive during that time, we can still continue with your reading; however, your session will finish at the original scheduled end time, so the next client isn't kept waiting.
If you haven't joined or contacted me within 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and your booking and payment will be forfeited in accordance with the Booking Policy.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule through your account with at least 48 hours' notice. If something unexpected happens within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly. You may reschedule your appointment once without an additional fee. An additional booking fee is $30AUD. see the Booking Terms, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for the full terms.
